I led the software and FPGA teams for three different ground breaking genome sequencing technologies, built state of the art access control systems used at the Olympics, at a nuclear materials processing plant and at Sacramento Airport, created a rendering engine that makes videos automagically, shipped FPGA reconfigurable computing solutions, invented IoT hardware before IoT was a thing, implemented algorithms to find scud missile launchers hidden under bridges, had a bit part in a biotech book, designed and built multiple homes, ran some half marathons (because full marathons are just plain crazy), enjoy taking photographs and some other stuff I'm leaving out.
